2. Game Progress

The App may save game progress and completed answers locally on your Apple device so that you can continue playing later.

If you delete the App, locally stored App data may also be removed by the operating system.

3. Kickstart Exchange Advertising

50 States Game uses Kickstart Exchange, a privacy-focused advertising service operated by Hudson Heavy Industries Ltd, to display advertisements for other apps.

Kickstart Exchange is designed to match and promote apps, not people. According to Kickstart Exchange, its SDK does not identify or track individual users or devices and does not create behavioral profiles.

When the Kickstart Exchange SDK operates in the App, it may communicate app-level information necessary to provide its advertising service, such as:

The App's bundle identifier
Platform
App version and build version
Kickstart Exchange SDK version
App Store storefront country
App-level advertising impressions
App-level advertising clicks

This information is used at the app level for advertising delivery, compatibility, accounting, and analytics. It is not associated with a specific person or device by Kickstart Exchange.

Kickstart Exchange states that it does not sell this information or create profiles of app users.

When an advertisement is selected, the App Store page for the advertised app is opened directly.

4. Tracking

50 States Game does not use advertising identifiers or other technologies to track you across apps or websites.

We do not use the information described above to identify individual users, build user profiles, or track users across applications.

Kickstart Exchange likewise states that its SDK does not identify or track individual users or devices.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Kickstart Exchange to provide app-to-app advertising.

Kickstart Exchange uses infrastructure provided by third-party service providers, including Cloudflare, for network, security, and content delivery. Kickstart Exchange states that connecting IP addresses may be processed by Cloudflare as part of delivering network traffic, but Kickstart Exchange does not store those addresses or use them to identify users.

These third-party services operate independently and are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy

50 States Game is designed to be appropriate for a general audience.

Because 50 States Game does not collect personal information from users, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The advertising service used by the App is designed to provide app-level advertising without identifying or tracking individual users or devices.

7. Data Security

Because we do not collect or maintain a database of users' personal information, we do not maintain personal user information on our servers.

Game progress stored locally on your device is protected by the security features provided by Apple and your device.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

50 States Game does not maintain user accounts or store personal user information on our servers.

Game progress stored locally on your device can generally be removed by deleting the App or by using any reset functionality provided within the App.

Kickstart Exchange maintains certain app-level advertising and interaction records for purposes of operating its service. Kickstart Exchange states that these records are not associated with individual users or devices and that advertising delivery and interaction records are generally retained for approximately 30 days.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the App's features or privacy practices change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.

If the App's data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information as appropriate.
